IMAGO Relationship Therapy
IMAGO Relationship Therapy helps couples understand each other’s feelings and childhood influences to build deeper connection and empathy. Imago Relationship Therapy is a structured, relational approach to couples work that helps partners move out of cycles of conflict and into deeper understanding, connection, and repair. Developed by Harville Hendrix and Helen LaKelly Hunt, this model is based on the idea that we are unconsciously drawn to partners who reflect both the strengths and the wounds of our early relationships.
Rather than seeing conflict as a sign that something is wrong, Imago views it as an opportunity for healing and growth.
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is a modern, evidence-based approach that helps you build a meaningful life—even in the presence of stress, anxiety, or painful thoughts and emotions. Rather than trying to “get rid of” difficult feelings, ACT focuses on changing your relationship to them so they no longer control your choices.
At its core, ACT helps you develop psychological flexibility—the ability to stay present, open, and grounded while taking action toward what matters most.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a structured, evidence-based approach that helps you understand the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors—and how these patterns can either keep you stuck or help you move forward.
CBT is practical, goal-oriented, and focused on giving you tools you can use in your everyday life.
Motivational Interviewing
Motivational Interviewing (MI) is a collaborative, evidence-based approach that helps you resolve ambivalence and strengthen your own motivation for change. Instead of being told what to do, you are supported in discovering your reasons for change—based on your values, goals, and lived experience.
Originally developed by William R. Miller and Stephen Rollnick, MI is widely used in areas like substance use, health behavior change, and personal growth.
