Steps to Set Up a Minor Account on Headway

1. Sign Up: Go to the Headway website and select your preferred time.
2. Enter Child's Info: Enter the minor’s name and date of birth, NOT THE GAURDIANS
3. Use Unique Email: Use a unique email address for the child. If they do not have one, you can use a modified version of your own (e.g.,  parent+childname@gmail.com ).
4. Insurance and Billing: Enter the insurance information as it appears on the card for the child.
5. Complete Forms: Fill out all required intake forms and provide payment information for the responsible party.
